Добрый день, уважаемые коллеги!
Дополнительно к федеральным мерам поддержки бизнеса в Москве принят 3-й пакет дополнительных региональных мер поддержки для предпринимателей (Постановление Правительства Москвы № 405-ПП от 15.04.2020г.).
В частности в составе 3-го пакета мер утверждены следующие наиболее актуальные:

Субсидирование ставок, по кредитам субъектов МСП для осуществления деятельности на территории города Москвы (до 6 процентов годовых по кредиту полученному до 15 апреля 2020 года и 8 процентов годовых по кредиту полученному с 15 апреля 2020 года);

Отсрочка по уплате арендной платы за земельные участки, предоставленные для строительства;

Распространение мер налоговой поддержки на собственников зданий и помещений, самостоятельно использующих их для размещения объектов торговли, общественного питания и бытового обслуживания, а также для размещения гостиниц (ранее меры поддержки были предусмотрены, только для собственников, передающих здания и помещения в аренду).
Отдельно обращаем внимание, что по сравнению с федеральным уровнем меры поддержки в г. Москва распространяются на больший круг налогоплательщиков.
В частности отсрочка по уплате налога на имущество организаций, земельного налога и торгового сбора за 1 кв. 2020г. предоставлена:
— на больший срок (до 31.12.2020г. (на федеральном уровне до 30.10.2020г.)
—для более широкого круга налогоплательщиков, в том числе для предприятий оптовой и розничной торговли (коды ОКВЭД 45 «Торговля оптовая и розничная автотранспортными средствами и мотоциклами и их ремонт», 46 «Торговля оптовая, кроме оптовой торговли автотранспортными средствами и мотоциклами», 47 «Торговля розничная, кроме торговли автотранспортными средствами и мотоциклами»).
